Description
Anita's unbleached cake & pastry flour has a lower protein content than all-purpose flour and is a finer, lighter, and sofer flour. As it produces less gluten in baking, it provides a fine, close crumb which is ideal for more tender pastries and baked goods.
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid.
