Refund policy
We strive for 100% satisfaction with our products and service! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased at The Peanut Mill or our online store, we are happy to offer the following customer return policy:
Change in Needs
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, simply bring it back unopened within 30 calendar days of purchase, with the original receipt, for a full refund in the manner in which it was paid for. If the receipt is not available, our computer records will be used to determine purchase date and price. Unopened items must be in original packaging in saleable condition. Items returned after 30 days may be refunded using a store credit note at our sole discretion.
Dissatisfaction/Adverse Reaction
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchased product, or have experienced an unexpected or adverse reaction, simply return the item to the store with the original store receipt within 30 calendar days for a full refund in the manner in which it was paid for. If the receipt is not available, our computer records will be used to determine purchase date and price. Items returned after 30 days may be refunded using a store credit note at our sole discretion.
For some items, we are required to complete a return form and collect details of the problem/reaction, as well as your full name and telephone number. You may be contacted by the product distributor or manufacturer for further information or to validate or follow up on your claim.
Some Items Are Not Returnable
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to take returns on items purchased from our bulk food bins or dry herbs jars.
For all returns, if “peanut points” were used as a method of payment toward the original purchase, any credit owing will first be applied back to the customer's points balance, to the nearest matching value of the returned item(s). Any remaining balance owing will then be applied back in the manner in which it was originally paid.
The Peanut Mill reserves the right to refuse a return if the original purchase date or price cannot be verified, if the item is not in saleable condition, or if the time between purchase and return is deemed excessive.
