Our poppy seed vegan bagels are made from a modified traditional Montreal-style dough (egg is replaced with chia) with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The bagels are boiled in brown-sugar to add the perfect amount of sweetness. This bagel is savoury and slightly sweet and has a perfect blend of crunch and chew dipped in poppyseeds.
