Our plain vegan bagels are made from a modified traditional Montreal-style dough (egg is replaced with chia) with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. This bagel is savoury and slightly sweet and has a perfect blend of crunch and chew. Simple unseeded bagel bliss. Without seeds, the slightly sweet flavour brown sugar boiled crust really comes through.
