Groundfish (cod and/or pollack and/or haddock and/or hake), potatoes (sulphites), onions, salt, parsley, spice

COOKING DIRECTIONS:
For best results, cook from frozen.
Fry fish cakes in a pan with cooking oil on med-high heat for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
