Health First Iron Supreme is formulated with patented Ferrochel® iron, an easy-to-absorb and non-constipating form of chelated iron. Ferrochel® is not affected by dietary factors that can interfere with iron absorption. Iron Supreme includes a complex of vitamin C, folic acid, vitamin B12, and other important B vitamins, minerals and vegetable extracts designed to further support absorption.

Directions:
