Adults 18 and older: 1 capsule 1-2 times per day. Take a single dose 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Take an earlier dose during the evening if necessary.
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness.
Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle, or if involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
Keep out of reach of children.
