Description
Our hard, red spring wheat kernels are Canadian grown. Wheat kernels can be ground to flour in a home mill, or flaked in a home flake machine. They can also be cooked whole and used as a side dish or pilaf, or to make satisfying soups. They can be sprouted or used for wheat grass.
