This cheddar, made from organic unpasteurized milk, is aged for a minimum of 10 months. Light yellow in colour, it has a firm yet creamy texture that may reveal a few delicate crystals—one of the signs of a well-aged cheese.
Naturally gluten-free and lactose-free, this Canadian cheddar offers a rich, nutty flavour with a subtle fruity finish. Perfect on a cheese platter, it also enhances a wide variety of cooked dishes.
