Description
This smoked cheddar, made with unpasteurized organic milk, is aged for a minimum of 6 months and smoked the old-fashioned way over applewood. This method gives it an amber brown paste on the outside and creamy white on the inside. Its texture is firm, smooth and slightly velvety.
This Quebec cheese, gluten-free and lactose-free, is distinguished by its smoky aroma that goes perfectly with that of the apple. From the first bite, you will be enchanted by its delicately salty flavor and its pronounced smoky taste, then lulled by sweet notes of hazelnut and butter.
